IntroductionDesigning IT solutions for business problems is a complex activity as it involves the participation of stakeholders / clients as well as the development team. The number of stakeholders / clients can vary from one to many highly depending on the solution. Incorrect categorization of requirements, incomplete elicitation of requirements, bad documentation of requirements and inability to handle difficult stakeholders/clients are some of the issues which always arises during the first phase of system development process in every IT project. Problems becomes more serious when dealing with thorny stakeholders / clients. In this course, one will learn to be the game changer. Ability to take charge in identifying true requirements with brilliant personality, trigger the mind of the stakeholder/client through Neuro-linguistic integrated elicitation technique, understand and document the requirements using communication model, meta model and template and lastly to gain the trust of the stakeholders and to instantly build a bond with difficult stakeholders to improve the entire project experience. The course integrates Neuro Linguistic Approach to build ‘All-Inclusive’ Requirement Engineer.
